Tasks
Ensure customer satisfaction by processing orders with accuracy and speed.

Job requirements
High school diploma.
2 years of experience in customer service (experience in a call center, order management, internal sales, or any customer-oriented role).
Bilingual in French and English, with 40% of communication in English with customers.
Proficiency in computer tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.).
