Tasks

  • Process and follow up on orders, ensuring customer deadlines are met.
  • Manage and optimize inventory and backorders.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Credit) to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Research and analyze products for substitutions or order adjustments.
  • Participate in training on products, systems, and procedures to develop skills.
  • Track deliveries and keep information up to date to ensure on-time performance.
  • Perform other related tasks to support daily operations and overall efficiency.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma obtained.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (40% of the clientele is anglophone).
  • Proficiency in computer systems (a plus): Salesforce, Compass, ERS, Microsoft Office, Crystal, Freight, Tripsheet & Track POD.
