Tasks
Process and follow up on orders, ensuring customer deadlines are met.
Manage and optimize inventory and backorders.
Communicate with customers and suppliers.
Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Credit) to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Research and analyze products for substitutions or order adjustments.
Participate in training on products, systems, and procedures to develop skills.
Track deliveries and keep information up to date to ensure on-time performance.
Perform other related tasks to support daily operations and overall efficiency.

Job requirements
High school diploma obtained.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (40% of the clientele is anglophone).
Proficiency in computer systems (a plus): Salesforce, Compass, ERS, Microsoft Office, Crystal, Freight, Tripsheet & Track POD.
