Our client, a well-established non-profit organization, is looking for a Clinical Coordinator of Psychosocial Support Services to guide and support their frontline team. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for a team of dedicated practitioners, ensuring the quality of clinical services and alignment with the organization’s core human values. Your daily focus: clinical supervision, team support, and guidance toward housing stabilization and social reintegration. Tasks

  • − Ensure the quality and consistency of psychosocial interventions within the organization’s clinical framework.
  • − Provide direct support to staff during complex situations involving residents.
  • − Update clinical tools, ensure their application in daily practice, and offer constructive feedback to team members.
  • − Respond to calls, support clinical decision-making, and provide remote guidance to the team (on-call duty and use of personal phone are compensated).
  • − Plan staff schedules, manage replacements and vacation coverage.
  • − Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of frontline workers.
  • − Support team members in reaching their professional development goals.
  • − Compile clinical data, write activity reports, and prepare applications for the Rent Supplement Program (PSL).
  • − Represent the organization on local committees and maintain strong relationships with community and institutional partners.
  • − Contribute to the overall operations of the organization as needed.
  • − Perform any other related duty.

Job requirements

  • − University degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Social Work, Psychoeducation, Criminology, or Sexology).
  • − Minimum of 5 years of experience in psychosocial intervention and clinical coordination.
  • − Proven experience in team supervision and clinical management.
  • − Strong knowledge of community and government resources.
  • − Sensitivity to the issues and realities of the community sector.
  • − Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite).
  • − Up-to-date certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Overdose Prevention (Naloxone).
  • − Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
