Tasks
Responding to customer enquiries (by phone, email, and in person).
Filling out purchase orders based on received requests.
Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.
Using the SAP system.
Ensuring parts warranty for replacement.
Assisting with receiving merchandise for storage.
Aiding customers with technical issues.
Taking continuous training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating.
Performing any other related duties requested by the immediate supervisor.

Job requirements
Fluency in French and English.
Knowledge of construction, renovation, and air conditioning.
At least two years of experience in the air conditioning industry or a related field.
At least one year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
DVS in Refrigeration or degree in Building Mechanics (an asset).
Access to a vehicle (an asset).
