Our client, a well-established company in the transportation and logistics industry, is currently looking for a customer service agent to join their team. If you are an organized, proactive person who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

Tasks

  • Provide customer service to clients regarding shipments and deliveries.
  • Manage OS&D (Over, Short & Damage).
  • Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
  • Enter and update information in the AS400 system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to transportation operations.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Experience with OS&D.
  • Experience with AS400.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required. 50% use of English to communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
