Our client, a well-established company in the transportation and logistics industry, is currently looking for a customer service agent to join their team.

Tasks
Provide customer service to clients regarding shipments and deliveries.
Manage OS&D (Over, Short & Damage).
Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
Enter and update information in the AS400 system.
Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
Perform various administrative tasks related to transportation operations.
Perform any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in transportation or logistics.
Experience with OS&D.
Experience with AS400.
Bilingualism (French and English) required. 50% use of English to communicate effectively internally and externally.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
