Our client, a leader in the distribution of paint products and accessories in Quebec, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role will allow you to leverage your communication and order management skills to provide high-quality service to a business-to-business clientele. You will work in collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth and optimal service.
Tasks
Communicate with clients (B2B) by phone and email.
Assist clients in selecting products.
Follow up on online orders.
Maintain effective communication between departments (sales, accounting).
Check stock availability.
Enter orders into the system.
Ensure stock receipt and inventory updates.
Make inventory adjustments.
Handle accounts receivable billing and input them into the system.
Perform any other tasks required for the position.

Job requirements
High school diploma.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Comfortable communicating with clients in English (20% of communications).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in retail or distribution (a significant asset).
Knowledge of Fidelio or SAP software (an asset).
