Tasks
Process and track manual and electronic orders, meeting customer deadlines.
Manage and optimize inventory, including backorders, stockouts, and pending orders.
Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Credit) to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Research and analyze products for substitutions or order adjustments.
Participate in training on products, systems, and procedures to develop skills.
Monitor deliveries and keep information up to date to ensure punctuality.
Contribute to managing excess and dormant inventory.
Perform other related tasks to support daily operations and overall efficiency.

Job requirements
High school diploma obtained.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (30% of the clientele is anglophone).
Proficiency in computer systems (a plus): Salesforce, Compass, ERS, Microsoft Office, Crystal, Freight, Tripsheet & Track POD.
