Tasks

  • Manage customer inquiries by phone and email, providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate order processing, enter orders into Acomba, and follow up on customer files until resolution.
  • Supervise and support the customer service team by assigning tasks, monitoring priorities, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between production, sales, shipping, and customer service departments to ensure effective communication and adherence to deadlines.
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and special situations by proposing appropriate solutions and ensuring thorough follow-up.
  • Participate in the creation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation, product sheets, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate promotional material management and conduct follow-ups on the production floor when required to help resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform all other related duties.

Job requirements

  • Experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or sales support.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating a customer service team.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team in achieving goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using Acomba or an ERP system.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required, both written and spoken, as approximately 70% of clients are English-speaking.
