Maintain, support, and develop relationships with clients.

Tasks

  • Handle customer requests: respond to after-sales service calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Build lasting customer relationships: provide personalized service to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sale technical support: assist customers with product usage or problem resolution.
  • Enter orders into the internal system (Acomba): ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer orders.
  • Coordinate between departments: maintain smooth communication between production and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create and update technical documentation: prepare product data sheets and ensure they are consistently up to date.
  • Manage promotional materials: coordinate the availability and distribution of marketing materials for clients or events.
  • Provide on-site support when needed: go to the production floor to resolve specific issues more effectively.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • You’re motivated by human interaction and have solid experience in customer service or after-sales support.
  • You communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and always show energy and tact.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, both written and spoken. (70% of the clientele is English-speaking.)
  • You’re comfortable with technology, especially Microsoft Office, and at ease with general IT systems.
