Tasks
Manage technical quote requests and customer orders in a manufacturing environment.
Analyze customer needs to prepare detailed and tailored quotes.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on files and communications with clients.
Collaborate with various internal departments (engineering, purchasing, production, representatives).
Respond to information, advice, or technical support requests from customers.
Perform any other related tasks related to the role.

Job requirements
Experience in technical customer service or in a manufacturing environment.
Very good proficiency in Excel and general comfort with computer tools.
Experience with an ERP system (an asset).
High level of English, both oral and written, as most communications with clients, including quote requests and follow-ups, are conducted in English (60% of the time).
Ability to understand and handle technical requests.
