Offered as a full-time position for a six-month period, the person in this role responds to customer inquiries, presents the activities offered and their associated costs, and promotes the organization’s services. They play a key role in maintaining a professional image by providing excellent customer service. They also ensure the smooth handling of registrations and perform various administrative tasks.
Tasks
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate services or staff members.
Provide information about programming, events, and services offered by the organization.
Respond to customer questions and requests via phone, email, or in person.
Receive user feedback or complaints and, if necessary, follow up with the appropriate person.
Communicate suggestions or comments from participants to the designated staff member.
Handle registrations for recreational activities and ensure proper administrative follow-up.
Assist in preparing and setting up activity spaces (sports facilities or multi-purpose rooms).
Perform any other related duties.
