Our client, a company specializing in logistics solutions (air, sea, road, rail), is seeking a motivated and ambitious Logistics Advisor. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing new markets, acquiring clients, and building strong, lasting business relationships.

Tasks

  • Develop new accounts and identify business opportunities based on market trends.
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals, including customized logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow an active existing customer base through consistent follow-up.
  • Manage multiple accounts and business proposals simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect weekly to develop new commercial markets.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by the position.

Job requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • English required 100% of the time to conduct business with clients (spoken and written English and French).
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry (an asset).
  • Experience in brokerage or working with a 3PL provider (an asset).
