We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the General Management to support daily operations, contribute to coordinating internal activities, and ensure the smooth administrative, communication, and operational functioning of the organization.
This is an essential, versatile, and stimulating role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and working closely with management.
Tasks
Provide administrative support to management (preparing and following up on Board meetings, compiling statistics, coordinating with partners).
Manage internal and external communications: social media, website, annual report.
Participate in HR processes: drafting job postings and contracts, posting positions, onboarding employees, managing group insurance.
Contribute to grant applications, fundraising campaigns, and reporting requirements.
Represent the organization at events and coordinate representation activities.
Oversee building management: follow-up with tenants, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Provide basic IT support, manage SharePoint and the M365 collaborative environment, set up workstations.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with office tools and collaborative environments (M365, SharePoint, Teams).
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ease in drafting administrative documents, communications, and internal policies.
Basic knowledge of IT support (an asset).
Experience in administrative management, communications, coordination, or a similar role.
