The majority of your sales efforts will involve direct interaction with potential clients in the Greater Montreal area, making strong interpersonal skills and perseverance essential for success.

Tasks

  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively market residential HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct competent in-home sales interactions, addressing the specific needs of customers.
  • Inspect, evaluate, and estimate existing HVAC and/or water heating systems, while simultaneously recommending maintenance or replacement.
  • Generate pricing, proposals, and complete contracts, also contributing to project coordination and maintaining communication with clients as needed.
  • Participate in negotiations to secure sales, effectively highlighting the benefits and merits of proposed solutions to clients.
  • Manage documentation, facilitate payment procedures, and respond to after-sales inquiries.
  • Seek customer reviews and references.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of sales experience.
  • 1 year of experience in the HVAC sector.
  • At least 1 year of account management or a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with the head office located in Ontario 100% of the time.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
