Tasks
Conduct inspections at client sites and maintain Siemens systems as well as other recognized systems.
Use a multimeter and other diagnostic tools to perform measurements and checks.
Respond to certain service calls.
Complete your intervention reports and weekly follow-ups in Excel.
Provide courteous and professional customer service.
Contribute to various related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
Diploma of vocational studies in installation and maintenance of security systems.
Functional knowledge of Excel.
Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional English to occasionally communicate with an anglophone clientele (5% of the time).
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a good driving record.
Own a car for travel.
Available occasionally for emergency calls in the evenings and on weekends.
