Where craftsmanship meets precision, they are looking for a Food Production Worker to support every stage of the process with versatility, attention to detail, and pride in quality work.
Tasks
Participate in food production activities: processing, recipe preparation, weighing, packaging, and labeling.
Apply food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP).
Ensure proper product labeling and traceability.
Prepare orders of fresh products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and machinery.
Complete production logs and quality control forms.
Work in a versatile and collaborative manner within the team.
Communicate proactively and respectfully with team members to ensure cohesion and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as required

Job requirements
Experience in the food industry, food processing, or the restaurant sector.
Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP) as per MAPAQ regulations.
Diploma or certificate in butchery, pastry, or culinary arts (DEP, AEC, or DEC) is an asset.
