Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role at the heart of operations as an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing the site’s financial planning and analysis activities while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and internal controls. You will also be involved in various SAP system optimization initiatives, acting as a key resource for internal teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls. Tasks

  • Establish and develop the FP&A function.
  • Oversee annual budgets and revisions.
  • Manage quarterly forecasts.
  • Produce and analyze financial reports.
  • Develop financial performance tools.

Job requirements

  • CPA designation (required).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (SAC).
  • Experience in the mining sector or a related field.
  • Bilingualism in French and English to communicate with employees in other provinces (30% of the time).
