Tasks
Design weekly menus aligned with the restaurant’s identity
Lead, train, and support the kitchen team
Participate in staff performance evaluations
Manage inventory, orders, and food waste
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Supervise and actively collaborate during service
Use tools to calculate food costs

Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
Strong mastery of cooking techniques, doneness control, and artistic plating
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, even during high-pressure periods
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Knowledge of the Octogone system
French required; intermediate English needed to communicate with English-speaking customers (approximately 25% of the time)
