Our client, a cutting-edge technology company, is looking for an experienced and self-reliant Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
You will work in a modern workshop in Mirabel, as well as directly on job sites, thanks to a fully equipped service truck. Your expertise will keep the machines in top shape to help our clients complete their work smoothly.
Tasks
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues on heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, articulated trucks, loaders, and rollers.
Repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, brakes, and other components.
Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturers’ schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and diagnostic codes.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex components.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and diagnostic codes.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability for flexible hours and overtime as needed.
