We are looking for an experienced HR professional to become a true strategic partner to managers and their teams. You will have the opportunity to lead large-scale HR projects, support change management, and foster talent development, while contributing directly to achieving organizational goals.

Tasks

  • Transform the challenges faced by management into concrete HR solutions aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Support managers and their teams in talent mobilization, development, succession planning, and the integration of new employees.
  • Lead strategic HR projects and measure their real impact on performance and organizational culture.
  • Support managers during periods of change, providing advice and solutions to resolve complex situations.
  • Manage labor relations and collaborate with union representatives to maintain a harmonious professional environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes, staying informed of industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist the recruitment team and HR department in staffing processes and follow up with managers.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Management), Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Member of the CRHA or CRIA Order.
  • Experience managing strategic HR projects and the ability to turn business challenges into concrete actions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
