We are recruiting for a provincially recognized professional organization that plays a strategic role in regulating and developing its professional community. In this HR Business Partner role, you will support leadership teams in their strategic initiatives, guide change management, and contribute directly to talent development and team performance. Tasks
Act as a strategic partner for assigned leadership teams, understanding business issues and proposing HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
Train, coach, and advise clients on topics such as HR best practices, succession planning, engagement, onboarding, and retention.
Participate in identifying HR strategic initiatives in support of the organizational strategic plan, and translate business issues into concrete and measurable HR interventions.
Support managers in change management, solving complex problems, and HR decision-making.
Manage labor relations files and collaborate with union representatives to maintain harmonious labor relations.
Ensure the development, continuous improvement, and application of HR processes and practices, while keeping an eye on the market’s HR best practices.
In collaboration with PARH, ensure talent acquisition, occasionally participate in the recruitment process, and provide follow-up with clients.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Management), Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
Over 10 years of relevant HR experience.
Member of the CRHA or CRIA Order.
Experience managing strategic HR projects and the ability to turn business challenges into concrete actions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
