Tasks
Transform the challenges faced by management into concrete HR solutions aligned with the organization's objectives.
Support managers and their teams in talent mobilization, development, succession planning, and the integration of new employees.
Lead strategic HR projects and measure their real impact on performance and organizational culture.
Support managers during periods of change, providing advice and solutions to resolve complex situations.
Manage labor relations and collaborate with union representatives to maintain a harmonious professional environment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes, staying informed of industry trends and best practices.
Assist the recruitment team and HR department in staffing processes and follow up with managers.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Management), Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
Over 10 years of relevant HR experience.
Member of the CRHA or CRIA Order.
Experience managing strategic HR projects and the ability to turn business challenges into concrete actions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
