Are you a self-employed HR generalist looking to take on more human resources consulting assignments?
We are looking to expand our network of consultants to support our clients with a variety of mandates, including HR outsourcing, labour relations, recruitment, compensation, pay equity, organizational development, and performance management.

Would you like to put your HR expertise to work on diverse assignments while providing practical support to SMEs with their human resources needs?
Tasks
Act as an HR business partner for SME clients as part of outsourced human resources mandates.
Advise and support managers with various HR matters, including labour relations, performance management, health and safety, and the application of best practices.
Take ownership of various HR files and activities according to client needs.
Manage complete recruitment mandates, from needs analysis through support with candidate selection.
Participate in compensation, pay equity, and performance management mandates.
Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and tools.
Support managers in developing their management practices.
Participate in various organizational development mandates and initiatives aimed at improving HR practices.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
3 to 7 years of relevant human resources experience.
CRHA or CRIA designation is an asset.
Experience and autonomy in providing HR support to SMEs.
Access to a vehicle for travel to client locations.
Ability to travel throughout the Greater Quebec City area, including the South Shore and North Shore.
