Our client, a family-owned business specializing in residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) for over 30 years, is looking for a helper installer to support their field team. No need to be an HVAC expert: if you're hard-working, resourceful, and eager to learn, they will teach you the rest. Tasks

  • Assist the technician with the installation, startup, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Participate in various stages of preparation or completion of installations under the supervision of the lead technician.
  • Help with the handling, positioning, and connection of equipment, following safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate on repairs or part replacements for existing systems according to the team leader's instructions.
  • Provide a professional presentation and respectful customer service, courteously answering on-site customer questions.
  • Follow safety standards and installation codes, adhering to the technician’s directions.
  • Help organize materials and the truck to optimize daily operations.

Job requirements
