Tasks
Coordinate and plan intermodal movements (containers / trucks).
Assign drivers efficiently based on operational needs and terminal schedules.
Track incoming and outgoing containers (tracking, timelines, statuses).
Communicate with rail terminals, rail companies, and clients.
Optimize equipment movements and reduce downtime.
Manage pickup and delivery appointments at terminals.
Collaborate with internal teams (warehousing, billing, operations).
Handle unforeseen issues related to rail delays or terminal constraints.
Ensure deadlines and client commitments are met.
Keep tracking and dispatch systems up to date.
Perform other related tasks as needed.
