Tasks
Responsibilities:
Prepare, draft, and manage legal documents related to cases (summons, contracts, motions, etc.).
Assist lawyers in tracking legal proceedings and meeting deadlines.
Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and other involved parties.
Organize and ensure administrative follow-up of files (filing, archiving, updates).
Draft correspondence, notes, and reports related to cases.
Perform basic legal research and compile necessary information.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case management.
Handle billing and client account follow-up according to firm procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma (DEC) in legal techniques or office administration with a legal specialization.
Minimum two years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
Strong asset: experience in corporate commercial law, real estate and construction law, public law, municipal law, or conflict of interest management.
Knowledge of Jurisconcept software.
Knowledge of the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RDPRM).
Functional bilingualism (approximately 10% of clients are English-speaking).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent command of French, both oral and written.
