Tasks
Coordinate the daily work of a team of maintenance technicians.
Plan and track preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Respond quickly to emergencies and minimize unexpected downtime.
Collaborate with operations and engineering to optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Take part in the implementation of modern maintenance strategies (TPM, CMMS).
Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment and practices.
Participate in other related tasks.

Job requirements
Relevant technical or college diploma (maintenance, mechanics, electromechanics, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in team supervision within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Bilingualism: Intermediate level in French and English (spoken and written), required for approximately 50% of internal communications.
