Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (40 hours per week).
We are looking for a versatile and customer service-oriented individual to join our client’s dynamic team—a family-owned business—as an Order Processing Clerk. This role combines merchandise handling, order preparation, and product organization, while playing a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and efficiently resolve any concerns. Working closely with internal teams, you will help maintain a smooth workflow and provide an optimal customer experience in a friendly and collaborative work environment.

Tasks
Respond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and provide product information.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Recommend products and identify opportunities for upselling.
Perform inventory tasks and manage merchandise.
Pack and label products for shipping.
Handle product returns and reintegrate items into inventory.
Prepare orders according to instructions and ship them out.
Stay up to date on new products and industry trends.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency with computer systems and software (Excel, Outlook, Word), and familiarity with warehouse scanners.
Customer service experience.
French-English bilingualism required in order to communicate with both French- and English-speaking customers and to use systems in both languages.
