Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (40 hours per week).
We are looking for a versatile and customer service-oriented individual to join our client’s dynamic team—a family-owned business—as an Order Processing Clerk. This role combines merchandise handling, order preparation, and product organization, while playing a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and efficiently resolve any concerns. Working closely with internal teams, you will help maintain a smooth workflow and provide an optimal customer experience in a friendly and collaborative work environment. This position is ideal for a motivated, organized individual who is committed to delivering high-quality service.

Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and provide product information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Recommend products and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Perform inventory tasks and manage merchandise.
  • Pack and label products for shipping.
  • Handle product returns and reintegrate items into inventory.
  • Prepare orders according to instructions and ship them out.
  • Stay up to date on new products and industry trends.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software (Excel, Outlook, Word), and familiarity with warehouse scanners.
  • Customer service experience.
  • French-English bilingualism required in order to communicate with both French- and English-speaking customers and to use systems in both languages.
