Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
We are looking for a versatile order processing clerk with a focus on customer service to join the dynamic team of our client, a family-owned business. This role combines merchandise management, order preparation, and product organization, while playing a key role in customer satisfaction. You will respond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and resolve their concerns quickly. By working closely with internal teams, you will ensure a smooth workflow and an optimal customer experience in a friendly and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for a motivated, organized person who is committed to providing quality service within our client's company.

Tasks

  • Assist customers by answering their questions, processing their orders, and providing information about our products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and speed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Make product recommendations and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct inventory and manage merchandise.
  • Pack and label products for shipping.
  • Handle merchandise returns and reintegrate items into stock.
  • Prepare orders according to instructions and ship them to customers.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry developments.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with French-speaking and English-speaking suppliers.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software such as Excel, Outlook, Word, with a good understanding of warehouse barcode scanners.
  • Customer service experience.
