We are looking for a versatile order processing clerk with a focus on customer service to join the dynamic team of our client, a family-owned business.
This role combines merchandise management, order preparation, and product organization, while playing a key role in customer satisfaction. You will respond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and resolve their concerns quickly. By working closely with internal teams, you will ensure a smooth workflow and an optimal customer experience in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Tasks
Assist customers by answering their questions, processing their orders, and providing information about our products.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and speed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Make product recommendations and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct inventory and manage merchandise.
Pack and label products for shipping.
Handle merchandise returns and reintegrate items into stock.
Prepare orders according to instructions and ship them to customers.
Stay informed about new products and industry developments.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with French-speaking and English-speaking suppliers.
Proficiency in computer systems and software such as Excel, Outlook, Word, with a good understanding of warehouse barcode scanners.
