Our client, a manufacturing company located in Montmagny, known for the quality of its products and the long-lasting relationships it maintains with customers across Canada and the United States, is seeking a Product Manager to support its growth and the development of its product portfolio.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the development, positioning, and performance of the company's products.
Tasks
Coordinate the various stages related to the development, enhancement, and launch of new products.
Evaluate product portfolio performance and recommend actions to support growth and profitability.
Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure project success.
Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, the market, and internal teams.
Prepare analyses and recommendations to support business decisions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's product offering.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements
DEC or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercialization, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product development, sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in both French and English is required to communicate regularly with English-speaking customers, representatives, and partners located outside Quebec (approximately 70% of the time).
Desired profile
Ability to coordinate projects involving multiple departments without direct supervisory authority over stakeholders.
Ability to understand and integrate manufacturing constraints into product opportunity analyses.
Ability to gather, structure, and interpret information from various sources, including sales, market intelligence, customers, production, and internal data.
