Day shift, Monday to Friday (6:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.).

Tasks
Supervise, motivate, and develop a production team to achieve operational objectives.
Lead start of shift meetings and participate in the planning of production activities.
Ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as good manufacturing practices.
Efficiently manage human, material, and equipment resources.
Produce and analyze performance indicators to optimize operations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce losses.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (maintenance, human resources, logistics, and planning).
Ensure finished product compliance and the quality of deliverables.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing teams in a production setting.
DEC, Bachelor’s degree in Management, or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ERP system.
Excellent command of French; bilingualism is an asset (approximately 30% of communications with English speaking suppliers).
