We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our team for a 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Tasks

  • Sort and organize documents according to an established system (alphabetical, numerical, or chronological).
  • Manage the archiving and retrieval of physical and digital documents.
  • Index and file records efficiently and securely.
  • Maintain and update the filing system.
  • Apply document retention and conservation policies.
  • Respond to document search requests from various departments.
  • Provide administrative support related to records management.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • English required: excellent written comprehension (100% — documentation and work instructions in English) and good oral proficiency (approximately 75%).
  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Good command of basic computer tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an administrative or filing role (an asset).
