We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our team for a 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of a permanent position.
Tasks
Sort and organize documents according to an established system (alphabetical, numerical, or chronological).
Manage the archiving and retrieval of physical and digital documents.
Index and file records efficiently and securely.
Maintain and update the filing system.
Apply document retention and conservation policies.
Respond to document search requests from various departments.
Provide administrative support related to records management.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
English required: excellent written comprehension (100% — documentation and work instructions in English) and good oral proficiency (approximately 75%).
High school diploma (DES) or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Good command of basic computer tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in an administrative or filing role (an asset).
