Your Role
As a Recruitment Advisor – Skilled Trades, you will work closely with our clients to understand their workforce needs and provide personalized consulting services. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and presenting top candidates for specialized positions. This role also includes involvement in business development and company representation activities.
Tasks
Analyze clients’ recruitment needs;
Write and post job advertisements;
Source candidates through various recruitment platforms;
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews;
Verify references and coordinate required background checks;
Present candidates to clients and support them throughout the selection process;
Follow up with candidates and clients after placement;
Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM system;
Participate in networking events, job fairs, and corporate events;
Contribute to business development and client retention initiatives.

Job requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a field related to skilled trades (construction, industrial, maintenance, electromechanics, welding, mechanics, etc.);
Knowledge of the skilled trades market (an asset);
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;
Comfortable using technology and recruitment platforms;
Bilingualism: professional French and functional English, required to communicate effectively with our team approximately 20% of the time;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative;
