Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Beloeil, is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Representative to support its customers across Canada and the United States. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, guiding them from the initial inquiry through to the final product delivery.

Tasks

  • Handle inquiries received through the company website, email, phone, and live chat;
  • Prepare quotations and perform the necessary follow-ups with customers;
  • Contribute to converting sales opportunities into successful orders;
  • Monitor customer accounts, issues, and ongoing action plans;
  • Maintain up-to-date information in internal tools, the CRM, and other systems;
  • Coordinate deliveries and installations;
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers;
  • Respond to after-sales service and warranty requests;
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent;
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role;
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset;
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer follow-up practices;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with a CRM or ERP system is considered an asset;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and priority management skills;
  • Bilingualism required (French and English), both spoken and written, as the majority of interactions are with English-speaking Canadian and American customers (approximately 50% of the time);
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
