Tasks
Placing the customer at the center of all actions.
Offering personalized service by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products.
Presenting promotions and various available services.
Resolving customer service issues and requesting support if needed.
Maintaining good collaborative relationships with other team members.
Contributing to the store's visual presentation: cleanliness, organization, merchandising.
Accurately processing transactions at the register (POS).
Performing various stock management tasks: receiving goods, cycle counts, returns, transfers, etc., using a handheld device.
Completing required documents or checks according to internal procedures.
Adhering to company policies and contributing to a safe work environment.
Following standard practices for money management and loss prevention.
Performing other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service (an asset).
Ability to work various shifts in a busy operational environment, open 7 days a week, year-round.
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities or unexpected situations.
Good reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 40 lbs / 18 kg), stand for long periods, and work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
