Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to cover a strategic territory in West Montreal and Western Montérégie. Playing a key role within the sales team, you will be responsible for the growth, development, and profitability of your territory.

Tasks

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Actively prospect to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Increase sales volume by offering tailored solutions and introducing new products.
  • Develop and execute business development plans.
  • Maintain a full sales pipeline and conduct thorough follow-ups.
  • Perform performance analysis (sales, attrition, profitability).
  • Negotiate pricing and close business agreements.
  • Enter and update activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service).
  • Deliver high-level customer service and build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in distribution, packaging, or cleaning products (an asset).
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required to communicate with English-speaking clients (approximately 30% of the time).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset and competitive drive.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required for travel.
  • Availability to travel (40–60% of the time).
