In the context of expansion and optimization of its structure, the organization aims to strengthen its management team to ensure better oversight of operations and consistency in the quality of services provided. Reporting to management, the Senior Manager is responsible for a portfolio of approximately 20 client sites across the Greater Montreal area. This is a highly operational role, mostly on the field, focused on ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and team engagement. This position is suited for an autonomous, structured manager capable of thriving in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Tasks

  • Supervise a portfolio of approximately 20 sites and conduct regular quality inspections.
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are met and intervene in case of non-compliance.
  • Manage client relationships, address complaints, and ensure follow-up.
  • Supervise, engage, and support field teams.
  • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Plan weekly routes and priorities in collaboration with management.
  • Monitor work hours and coordinate operations.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and performance-oriented work environment.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by the role.

Job requirements

  • Significant experience in team management, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Experience in commercial janitorial services or a related field (an important asset).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-focused approach.
  • Motivating leadership and adaptability (flexible management style).
  • Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Valid driver's license (required).
  • Bilingual (French/English) to communicate with English-speaking clients (10% of the time) (asset).
