We provide you with the platform of an established business law firm (administrative support, transactional expertise, internal and external referral pool) to secure your mandates, enhance the quality of execution, and accelerate the development of your practice. You will maintain close contact with your clients while benefiting from the reputation and resources of a structured firm.

Tasks

  • Advise a diverse clientele (SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors, institutions) in corporate, commercial, transactional, and personal tax matters.
  • Lead or support reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions, financing, rollovers and freezes, audits, and voluntary disclosures.
  • Collaborate with business law, litigation, and financing teams to provide integrated and pragmatic solutions.
  • Draft opinions, memos, and reusable templates; optimize processes and ensure legislative change monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice (mentorship, visibility, business) and enhance the client experience.

Job requirements

  • Education: Lawyer, CPA, or Notary, with specialization or significant experience in tax law.
  • Experience: Transactional and corporate tax, reorganizations, compliance, planning, or tax litigation (large-scale files, law firm pace).
  • Advisory strength: Structured thinking, professional judgment, ability to simplify complex matters for executives.
  • Approach: Entrepreneurial, collaborative, solution-oriented, and focused on financial security for clients.
  • Assets: Active client base or mobilizable business network; bilingualism; comfort with productivity digital tools.
