Tasks
Coordinate a team of approximately 10 employees in real time.
Communicate frequently with team leaders from other departments to optimize operations.
Provide ongoing training to the shipping team.
Ensure compliance with quality standards related to merchandise shipping (damage control, packaging, labeling, etc.).
Verify product compliance for special orders.
Maximize team potential and foster their professional growth within the company.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Experience in a similar shipping/order fulfillment role.
Team management experience in a warehouse environment.
Functional English proficiency, as the team leader will manage both French- and English-speaking employees about 50% of the time.
