Supervise teams, nurture trusted relationships with both clients and employees, and actively contribute to the growth of our presence across the Greater Montreal area. Tasks

  • Supervise approximately 50 employees across multiple sites and ensure team performance.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees.
  • Maintain strong connections with teams through regular on-site visits.
  • Plan shifts, manage attendance, absences, and timesheets.
  • Serve as the health and safety point of contact, ensuring compliance and a safe work environment.
  • Support business development by collaborating closely with clients.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in team management.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for regular client visits.
  • Established business network in the sector.
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
  • Availability and flexibility for travel, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ease with digital tools.
