We are currently seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a museum store and lead a team of approximately ten employees.
Tasks
Schedule employee shifts and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Manage cash operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business objectives.
Oversee inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and merchandising activities.
Ensure the store’s visual presentation and product displays are maintained to a high standard.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Strong spoken French communication skills.
College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in a retail, bookstore, or similar sales environment.
Proven experience supervising, coaching, and motivating a team.
Strong sense of autonomy and accountability.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with staff scheduling and workforce planning.
Strong organizational and priority-management skills.
