Tasks
Place the customer experience at the heart of all actions and decisions.
Act as a role model in terms of service by guiding employees on the floor and promoting exemplary behaviors.
Contribute to creating a positive work environment where respect, engagement, and enjoyment are encouraged.
Maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues and ensure smooth communication.
Coach employees to ensure quality and consistency in work (coaching, feedback, disciplinary measures when required).
Manage complex customer service situations and ensure proper follow-up.
Ensure cleanliness, visual appeal, and general store presentation according to established standards.
Participate in operational tasks such as receiving goods, merchandising, returns, cashier duties, and audits.
Assist in preparing schedules and payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and health and safety standards.
Assume key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and/or closing.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year or more of experience in retail or customer service (important asset).
High availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication in English to serve English-speaking customers 70% of the time.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt quickly to changes.
Comfortable with numbers and basic administrative tasks.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, and climb up and down ladders.
Solid experience in sales or customer service in a dynamic environment.
Adherence to internal policies and company ethical standards.
