Tasks
Supervise the daily operations of a parking site and associated services to ensure safe and efficient functioning.
Guide and support field teams to maintain service quality and ensure smooth operations.
Perform regular inspections of facilities to ensure they are in good condition (maintenance, safety, lighting, and signage).
Identify operational issues and ensure quick follow-up on necessary corrective actions.
Ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for smooth operations.
Support teams during peak periods and intervene on-site when needed.
Participate in coordinating replacements and integrating new employees.
Prepare and submit required operational and administrative reports.
Manage special situations and ensure high-level customer service.
Collaborate with relevant parties to maintain high operational standards.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to delegate responsibilities appropriately.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Quebec).
Clean driving record with the SAAQ.
Advanced proficiency in English to communicate in daily exchanges with the team (50% of the time).
