Tasks

  • Plan assembly and welding processes considering materials and conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
  • Adjust welding equipment settings according to specific job requirements.
  • Assemble parts with tack welds before performing final welds.
  • Verify the conformity of assemblies with required tolerances and make necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative prototypes.
  • Design and fabricate jigs to facilitate assembly.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in welding-assembly.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in aluminum welding.
  • Good mastery of GMAW and FCAW welding processes.
  • Strong skills in reading blueprints.
  • Ability to weld in all positions.
  • Ability to read CWB welding procedures.

  • Demonstrates manual dexterity and technical skills.
  • Has good observational skills to detect defects and anomalies.
