Tasks
Take charge of inventory management, ensuring accuracy and proactively making necessary adjustments.
Actively participate in budget analysis and financial monitoring by proposing optimization strategies to maintain operational balance.
Support the store manager with floor operations by overseeing merchandising, restocking, and product displays.
Ensure that every customer receives high-quality service in all departments, aiming to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage, supervise, and guide the team toward operational excellence by implementing efficient, results-oriented practices.
Propose creative solutions to boost sales, optimize internal processes, and enhance the customer experience.
Develop employees' sales skills through the structured use of available tools and training programs.
Maintain clear, open, and constructive communication with the team and management to ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in retail management, business administration, or a related field.
At least 4 years of management experience in the retail sector (any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience with common retail POS and inventory systems.
Fluency in French and English may be required depending on the clientele served.
