Tasks

  • Take charge of inventory management, ensuring accuracy and proactively making necessary adjustments.
  • Actively participate in budget analysis and financial monitoring by proposing optimization strategies to maintain operational balance.
  • Support the store manager with floor operations by overseeing merchandising, restocking, and product displays.
  • Ensure that every customer receives high-quality service in all departments, aiming to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage, supervise, and guide the team toward operational excellence by implementing efficient, results-oriented practices.
  • Propose creative solutions to boost sales, optimize internal processes, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop employees' sales skills through the structured use of available tools and training programs.
  • Maintain clear, open, and constructive communication with the team and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in retail management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of management experience in the retail sector (any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with common retail POS and inventory systems.
  • Fluency in French and English may be required depending on the clientele served.
