Tasks
Supervise and review certification engagements in compliance with professional standards.
Manage large-scale mandates, guiding clients in their operational and financial decisions.
Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and career progression.
Ensure the quality of engagements while respecting budgets and established deadlines.
Plan and prioritize assignments to optimize team efficiency and performance.
Work closely with partners to define and implement the firm’s strategic vision.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and engagement management practices.
Stay up to date on accounting and auditing standards to ensure compliance and excellence in all assignments.

Job requirements
CPA designation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
Proven experience in team management.
Proficiency with CaseWare, CaseView, and Taxprep T1/T2.
