As a member of the executive committee, the Plant Manager is the driving force behind on-the-ground industrial performance. The role’s mandate is to structure growth, optimize production flows, and mobilize teams at the heart of daily operations to build an agile, high-performing organization.

Tasks

  • Industrial Performance & Operational Excellence
  • Define, track, and improve key performance indicators (health and safety, quality, cost, delivery).
  • Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC).
  • Optimize processes, equipment, and production flows.
  • Ensure alignment between operations and business objectives.
  • Leadership & Team Engagement
  • Lead, structure, and develop the production, maintenance, and quality teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
  • Support teams through change management and skills development.
  • Strategic Vision & Transformation
  • Redesign processes and operating methods to increase agility.
  • Lead the digital transformation of operations (ERP, MRP, automation).
  • Actively contribute to executive committee strategic decisions.
  • Perform all other related duties.

Job requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in production management.
  • Experience in a make-to-order or project-based manufacturing environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to structure operations in a fast-growth context.
  • Excellent communication skills in French.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and strong data analysis tool skills.
