As a member of the executive committee, the Plant Manager is the driving force behind on-the-ground industrial performance. The role’s mandate is to structure growth, optimize production flows, and mobilize teams at the heart of daily operations to build an agile, high-performing organization.
Tasks
Industrial Performance & Operational Excellence
Define, track, and improve key performance indicators (health and safety, quality, cost, delivery).
Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC).
Optimize processes, equipment, and production flows.
Ensure alignment between operations and business objectives.
Leadership & Team Engagement
Lead, structure, and develop the production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
Support teams through change management and skills development.
Strategic Vision & Transformation
Redesign processes and operating methods to increase agility.
Lead the digital transformation of operations (ERP, MRP, automation).
Actively contribute to executive committee strategic decisions.
Perform all other related duties.

Job requirements
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in production management.
Experience in a make-to-order or project-based manufacturing environment.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to structure operations in a fast-growth context.
Excellent communication skills in French.
Proficiency with ERP systems and strong data analysis tool skills.
