A large-scale organization dedicated to economic development and innovation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support two key members of its executive team involved in the growth of international markets.
Tasks
Efficiently manage the calendars of two executive leaders.
Provide logistical and administrative support for presentations, meetings, and various strategic events, ensuring documentation is submitted on time.
Handle expense reports, contract preparation, approval tracking, and invoice processing.
Coordinate business travel in collaboration with internal partners and travel agencies.
Review and format documents, presentations, and emails; attend meetings when needed.
Perform other related administrative tasks.

Job requirements
Experience supporting senior management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Concur (an asset).
Excellent spoken and written French; good understanding of English to read documentation and respond to English-speaking clients when needed.
