The company has experienced strong growth in recent years and, to continue this momentum, is looking for an administrative assistant to support managers and their teams.

Tasks

  • Answer client calls and respond to requests for information about the services offered.
  • Welcome visitors and provide information as needed.
  • Transcribe bids using Word and Excel.
  • Enter data and open client files.
  • Manage project administration (required documents, communication and email tracking, purchase orders, project closing and archiving).
  • Verify Revenu Québec certificates.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French, and functional English (to communicate with English-speaking clients).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
