Tasks
Act as the right hand of the team and work closely with the administrative assistant to ensure optimal operations.
Create, revise, and enhance all key documents: reports, specifications, service proposals, letters, and emails.
Handle accounting and billing follow-ups, including meticulous tracking of files in Excel.
Organize meetings and logistics efficiently – with a creative touch to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
Translate certain documents (English/French).
Welcome and assist clients and visitors while contributing to a warm and professional work environment.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP or DEC in office administration, secretarial studies, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position: administrative assistant, estimation assistant, engineering assistant, or supporting a project manager.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate level required).
Functional bilingualism, as approximately 25% of communications are conducted in English.
Knowledge of urban infrastructure, process engineering, civil engineering, building systems, architecture, or landscaping – a significant asset.
Knowledge of pivot tables in Excel – a major asset.
