Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is currently seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join its service team. Reporting to the department manager, you will be one of the first points of contact with clients and will play a key role in processing orders efficiently and coordinating with delivery personnel.
Tasks
Greet customers and provide guidance on products and materials.
Receive, process, and enter orders into the system.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text messages.
Maintain communication with delivery personnel for order tracking and preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
Provide fast, courteous, and professional customer service.
Perform any other related tasks to ensure smooth operations at the counter.

Job requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a hardware store or building materials retailer.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management software (Procore is a strong asset).
Solid understanding of construction materials and tools.
