Reporting to the Sales Director, the Customer Service Coordinator - Fashion will play an essential role in providing top-notch operational support.


  • Supporting the complete management of order entry, including input for major accounts, creating new profiles, order review, processing repeat orders, and addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborating on the creation of seasonal catalogs in SFA for the sales team.
  • Acting as a resource for sales agents, providing all necessary tools, including spreadsheets, collection updates, and inventory lists.
  • Supporting the sales team on collection products.
  • Participating in sample set creation, including labeling, with seasonal shipping to sales agents.
  • Contributing to the marketing of new collections and product selection.
  • Assisting the sales director in coordinating photo shoots for e-commerce and catalogs, including sample and model projection management.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Degree in fashion design or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion marketing, marketing, or customer service in women's fashion.
  • Computer skills (Excel, Visual 2000, or Visual Next).
  • Bilingual in spoken and written English and French.
