Tasks

  • Master of conversation: you will be responsible for circulating around the casino, engaging in conversations with our customers, and answering their questions with enthusiasm and expertise. You will have the opportunity to inform them about the benefits of the Casino Privilèges recognition program and various promotions.
  • Ambassador of fun: you will be responsible for informing our customers about the services and activities available in our game rooms, while assisting them to enhance their game experience.
  • Creator of ambiance: you will contribute to maintaining a dynamic and festive atmosphere by adjusting lighting and sound, and actively participating in activities and events, sometimes even donning thematic costumes.
  • Customer engagement expert: proactively responding to customers' questions and needs while collecting their suggestions and feedback to improve our services.
  • Team collaborator: working closely with other team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Responsible play advocate: tactfully intervene with customers who deviate from play rules and ethics, emphasizing the importance of responsible play.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma (SSD) completed.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a dynamic and interactive environment like events.
  • Excellent communication skills in French. Knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Staying informed about cultural and sporting developments in the region.
  • Knowledge of casino games would be an asset, but don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training.
